Tiger in training!

I LOVE my golf set! Mommy and Daddy bought it for me when we went on our zoo trip because I didn't have any toys to play with at the hotel. Now it is one of my favorite toys. I love chasing Kaya around with the clubs!!

Monkeys!! (Zoo Part II)

Well....Chimps! I loved the chimps - they were just my size. They liked me too - one of them came right up to the glass and watched me for a long time. He even had a little silky blanket just like me that he was carrying around. They were really cute and smart. There was a little faucet on the side of the wall and they would go right up to it, turn it on and get themselves a drink of water! It was very neat!! There was a grandaddy chimp too that had a grey beard. I liked them sooo much that I kissed the chimp statues. Continuously!!!!

Zoo Part 1

Here's some pictures of us visiting the elephants at the zoo. One of them came up really close so we could see him. They were really big and stinky! I got my picture taken with the little guy. He didn't stink at all! Aren't I cute!

My Buddies!!

I have SOOOO many friends. My BESTEST buddy is Aidan - we do everything together. As you can see by his shirt......he's a keeper!!! We like to play hard most of the time but we can just chill together too. That's us chillin in the dog bed!! We also have a good friend Layne ( he's the bald one! ). He's not quite mobil yet but once he is he's gonna be in just as much trouble as Aidan and I! We are going to be a regular "Larry Moe and Curly"!!! The little cutie is Emma. She lives out west right now but we keep telling her if she moves back here we can guarantee that she will always have a man!!!! My cousin Reese is the one busting out of the house! He's so much fun too. I don't get to see him a whole lot but when I do we sure have a lot of fun! My other cousin, Jared, is the coolest. He's a lot older that me but he still plays with me. He gives me lots of cool clothes and teaches me how to do lots of cool stuff like how to ride a 3 wheeler all by myself!!! He also gave me a Hummer and a Jeep - awesome!!! I can't wait until this summer - we are all going to have such an awesome time!

Happy Easter!

We had a lot of fun this easter. We went to Elizabeth City to see Mommy's family. We went to see the easter bunny - I really liked him. When I was waiting in line he kept blowing me kisses! The next morning he had brought me all kinds of great stuff to grandma's house. Then we went to church and I sat through the whole thing and was really quiet just like mommy asked! Then we had an easter egg hunt at great grandma's house. I got SOOO much candy and ate a lot of it. I really liked the Reese cups - they were my favorite.

Butterflies!

Here's some of the butterflies we saw at the LIfe and Science Museum. It was so neat - they were flying everywhere and landing on my head!!

Life & Science Museum

Mom and Dad took me to the Life and Science Museum to see all of the animals. We saw bears, wolves, lemurs and all kinds of butterflies. We had a really fun day. At the end of the day we got to ride on a train all over the museum grounds - it went REALLY fast!

Terrible 2's early!

Hi! So I had my 15 month appointment this week and the doc said that I will probably be going thru my "terrible 2s" now. Apparently, I am very smart and I am more "verbal" than most kids my age. She said I would probably throw more temper tantrums now since I am trying to communicate more. I'm pretty excited about this because now I have an excuse. I mean, mom and dad can't be mad at me - I can't help it that I am smart and more advanced!! I do have quite a few words. Let me see if I can remember them now - mama, dada, nana (one of my grandmas), ba-nana, purple, chicken, fish, cracker, juice, wawa (water), gigi (another grandma), gama (another grandma), belly button, baba (bottle), yaya (kaya), elmo, byebye, and ball. I can also recognize and say the letters M, O, I and E. I can tell you were my (and your) eyes, nose, ears, hair, teeth, mouth, tongue, belly button, and toes are. As you can see I am VERY smart - I'm not bragging, just stating the obvious!
Mommy said she will post some new pics soon. She got a new camera for Christmas and STILL has learned how to use it!

The Three Stooges!

Here's me and my buddies - Layne and Aidan! We are going to be buddies like are daddies are now when we are older. Aidan is only a month and a half younger than me and Layne is about a year younger. I can't wait until Layne is able to walk like Aidan and I so we can all chase each other around. This summer is going to be FUN!

Go Heels!

Aren't I so cute with my new Tarheels cap on! I love it! I especially like wearing it backwards like my Daddy! I've worn it all day for the past 3 days! If you look close in these pictures you can see all of my new teeth in the back. I've got 12 now! Aren't I so cute!

Bye Bye Mullet!

Well, they finally did it! They cut my gorgeous curls! Mommy said she loved the curls and didn't want to cut them but I was getting a mullet. Apparently Mommy had a mullet when she was younger and wants to make sure I don't have to see myself in pictures with one! Thanks Mom! I did really well. I sat very still for the most part. I didn't like when the cut hair fell on my face but other than that I was ok with it. I got to watch Dora and ride in an airplane while they were cutting my hair so it was pretty cool! Then, when I was done I got to pick out a toy AND go eat at my favorite place for lunch. Then after lunch Daddy got a haircut at the mall and Mommy took me to the playground in the mall. It was a FUN DAY!

First Snow

I got to play in the snow! It was A LOT too - for Durham anyway! Mommy and Daddy pulled me around the neighborhood in my wagon and then I walked around in it for awhile. It was really cold and the snow kept getting on my eyelashes. It was really hard to walk in all of those clothes and boots too! I'm only used to walking in crocs so boots were quite a challenge. After about 30 minutes I was DONE! Mommy made me some snow cream and Daddy taught me to not eat the yellow snow - whatever that means! It was a really fun day!

I'M BACK! Sorry, ever since I have turned 1 I have been BUSY! Here's me doing one of my favorite things - taking a bath! Every night after dinner I start saying "Ba, Ba, Ba!" and when it is time to get out I shake my head and say "uh uh". I could stay in the bath all night long!
