My New Aunt & Uncle!!

Here's some pics of me with my new aunt Princess & my new uncle Ace! We had so much fun rolling around on the ground and playing with my new bulldozer! They have stinky puppy breath and kept licking me in the face!

I DID IT!

I'm getting better at this walking thing. Tonight I walked all the way across the living room..... a couple of times. It was so exciting. I got so excited I started trying to clap at the same time. That didn't work out so well though. Note to self: Move either arms or legs - not both at the same time!

Trick or Treat!

This one is for all of you that won't get to see me for Halloween. I am really excited about going trick or treating with my buddy Aidan. I think our Mommy's and Daddy's are using us to get candy because the last time I checked I wasn't allowed to eat candy yet. Hmmm. Maybe they'll let us have SOME of it!

Go Heels!

I got my pictures taken today! Mommy and Daddy danced around like idiots trying to make me laugh - they are so ridiculous! I cooperated since they were making so much effort. I wore my Carolina gear since our football teams been doing so well. Go Heels! After I got my pics done we had lunch at Panera and I ate a turkey sandwich for the first time. I even ate it like a big boy. Every one in there was looking at me like they'd never seen a 10 month old each a sandwich before. Anyway, it was really good! I am so glad I don't have to eat that jar stuff anymore.

Gettin' Vertical!

Oh yeah! I walked all by myself today! I can go back and forth from Mommy & Daddy and take 6 to 8 steps. I got really brave today and walked from the couch to Daddy and from Mommy to the ottoman. My goal is to have this down by the 21st when I turn 11 months. I cannot be crawlin' around much longer - it's time to GET VERTICAL!

Pickin' Pumpkins!

Today we went to a pumpkin patch! There were SO MANY everywhere. Even if I could count I could never have counted them all! Mommy went crazy with the camera. She was putting me in the middle of all of those pumpkins and making me smile. I was a little nervous because I was afraid they were going to lose me in all of that orange. Next time I'll make sure they don't dress me in orange - who thought that one out?? I played in the hay and crawled around with the pumpkins. The nice pumpkin man gave me a really weird looking one - it was all lumpy! After Mommy got her fill of taking my picture we brought our pumpkins home. And yes... she took more pictures....

Reese Cup!

I finally got to see my cousin Reese this weekend. He is so cool - he can walk - ALL BY HIMSELF!! We played with all of my toys and ate spaghetti (my favorite)! Then, when it was time for Reese to go home I gave him a big smackeroo right on the nose - maybe that's what they mean by "Kissin' Cousins"!!

GO HEELS!

I got to go tailgating this weekend before the Carolina game - you know the one where we wooped Notre Dame - woo hoo GO HEELS! It was a lot of fun! I got to play football with my new friend Jack and I hung out with my other new friend B! He's still workin' on learning how to throw so he just watched. We ate some fried chicken and biscuits - mmm mmm! Mommy and Daddy drank some more of those cans of stuff that they won't let me taste - those cans are so shiny I really want them! I had a really good time! The only problem was I never got to see a tailgate - and not one truck was there - maybe they'll be one at the next tailgate!

I LOVE BATHTIME!! I make every effort to soak the ENTIRE bathroom! Mommy has to cover up with a towel - it makes me laugh!! She's such a wuss!! Mommy finally got a bath pic of me that Daddy said was safe for the internet - you gotta be careful of all those weirdos out there! Anyway, one thing I am not afraid of is the water - it's my favorite!

Finally! Mommy and Daddy gave me some real food! Mommy cooked me some chicken & carrots and I had bananas and soy cheese with it. I squished it all together and ate it up - it was so yummy!

Here's another pic of me and my buddy Aidan! We have a lot of fun playing together now! I crawl around everywhere and he tries to catch me. Uncle E says he does the "Commando Crawl". I keep trying to show him how to use his knees to crawl and he's been showing me how to use that weird sippy cup thing.

I'm back!

Hey everybody! Daddy got through his surgery and is doing pretty good. He's still hurting some but he's getting better every day. We are so relieved!
I went to the doctor today because Mommy & Daddy were worried about me because I wouldn't eat anymore. I am so not down with the baby food anymore! That is who it is for BABIES - not me! My doctor finally told Mommy & Daddy what I've been trying to tell them the last few weeks. I WANT BIG BOY FOOD! The doctor also said I might be getting more teeth! I already have 4 - how many more do I need?!?!?

Hey everybody! I just wanted to remind you that my Daddy is having his surgery this coming up Friday. We are all really nervous and hope that you will keep us in your prayers. Please forgive me if I am unable to keep up with my blogging. I will be back at it as soon as I am sure Daddy doesn't need me to nurse him back to health anymore. Wish us luck!

9 months!

CAN YOU BELIEVE IT - I'M ALREADY 9 MONTHS OLD! I'VE MASTERED CRAWLING, PULLING UP, CRUISING, WALKING WHILE HOLDING SOMEONE'S HANDS AND CLIMBING STAIRS. I CAN'T BELIEVE I LAYED AROUND ALL THOSE MONTHS - THERE IS SO MUCH TO SEE AND DO. I THINK MOMMY AND DADDY CHANGED MY NAME - IT WAS CONNOR BUT NOW I THINK IT IS "NO". I ALSO DISCOVERED THAT MOMMY AND DADDY'S FOOD IS WAY BETTER THAN MINE. I STILL EAT MY BABY FOOD BUT I SURE DO LOVE WHEN THEY SHARE THEIR FOOD. I LOVE CHICKEN AND BREAD - MMM MMM! I'VE ALSO DISCOVERED THAT I HAVE QUITE A TEMPER - OR AT LEAST MOMMY SAYS SO. I'VE FIGURED OUT MY BEDTIME ROUTINE AND AS SOON AS SOMEONE TRIES TO SNEAK IT ON ME I LET THEM KNOW IT AIN'T HAPPENIN' ! I'M REALLY EXCITED ABOUT LEARNING TO WALK. I PRACTICE EVERY DAY BUT I'M A LITTLE NERVOUS. I STAND UP FOR A MINUTE OR SO SOMETIMES BY MYSELF. WHEN I REALIZE I'M DOING IT BY MYSELF I GET SCARED AND PLOP DOWN ON MY HINNIE! I THINK I'LL HAVE IT FIGURED OUT BY HALLOWEEN THOUGH. I PICKED OUT MY HALLOWEEN OUTFIT TONIGHT - I AM GOING TO BE SOOOOO CUTE. I BET YOU ALL WANT TO KNOW WHAT IT IS BUT MOMMY SAID I HAVE TO WAIT TO TELL ANYONE.
